If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, you have the option to return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the leather jacket must be in its original condition. This means it must be unworn, unused, and free from any signs of damage or alteration. The original tags, packaging, and labels must remain intact. We require proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt, in order to process a return.

Please note that certain items cannot be returned. These include personalized or custom-made jackets, clearance or final-sale items, and gift cards.

Refunds

Once your return is received, our quality control team will carefully inspect the product. We will notify you via email once the inspection is complete. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution. Please be aware that original shipping charges are not refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual cost of shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky, especially with leather jackets. If you need a different size or color, we are happy to offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided that the requested item is available in stock. If the requested size or style is unavailable, we may recommend an alternative option or process a refund instead.
